Demi Lovato Video Taken Down For “Copyright Infringement”

Okay, now I’m all for following the rules and not infringing on artist’s copyright, but this is downright lame. So, I went to a private show last Monday and Demi Lovato was a performer. She opened with her song, “Cool For The Summer” and I recorded it because I actually like the song. I post it online, fans watch and enjoy it, then, BAM! I’m hit with copyright infringement by YouTube. I would totally understand if I was in the wrong and no other live videos were posted, but there are still a dozen others online from different events.

Now, I know its probably not Demi Lovato herself that requested the takedown, but damn, either she or her team are buttheads. No matter, the song is a Katy Perry rip off anyway.
