Ellie Goulding “Anything Can Happen” Live on Conan. Damn Skippy!

Dear Ellie, you’re cute! Her voice is like a pop version of Bjork. So.Good.

Ellie’s new album “Halcyon” does not suffer from the sophomore slump, at all. Throughout the album you can hear the growth in voice, lyric and sound. The songs have the pop/dance element, but not the pop/dance element that has over saturated the radio, iTunes, Spotify, YouTube and the world. The sound from Ellie is lighter than most popular dance tracks and heavier, like she is experimenting with dub step a bit. Then she has her ballads. “I Know You Care” is a crier, for sure.

  1. I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your blog?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the
way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got
an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
